Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:

SHIPPING 

Do you ship internationally? 

We do indeed ship overseas but there is a cost attached to this. Please get in touch for any international shipping prices.

How long will it take to get my order?

 items are sent via My Hermes and Royal Mail so please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. A tracking number can be sent on request.

If you need an item by a certain time, please get in touch so appropriate measures can be taken.

NEW STOCK
How often does new stock come in?

 

On average new stock will be released at the beginning of the year during the spring, over summer and at least once during the Christmas period. If you would like to be one of the first to hear about new releases, please ask to be added to the mailing list.

Can I collect my items?

If you would prefer to collect your item in person, please get in touch via the contact page or the message link at the bottom of the page, prior to placing your order to enable a deduction of postage fees.

 

How can I buy a gift voucher?
